Returns

Eligibility: You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.

Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@bountyhuntermetaldetector.net to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Include your order number, a description of the item, and the reason for the return.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Refunds

Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
